Anné Desormier-Cartwright is the managing partner of Elder and Estate Planning Attorneys PA. With 40 years of legal experience and licensed to practice in Florida since 1985, she began her career in real estate, landlord-tenant, and commercial trial law. Since 1994, her practice has focused on elder law matters, including guardianship, mental health, probate and trust administration, estate planning, Medicaid and Veterans Benefits Planning, and Special Needs Trusts. Most recently, she has concentrated on remedies for elder exploitation. Anné’s seamless blend of compassion and expertise has made her a trusted advocate for Florida families navigating aging, caregiving, and long-term asset protection.

Anné is a charter member of Elder Counsel, a national network of elder law attorneys, and is a member of Wealth Counsel and Advisors Forum, organizations that focus on asset planning and distribution throughout life and at death.
