Can a will be changed or revoked?
A will can be changed and revoked. You revoke it in many ways. You either write or new will or you destroy original and all copies of that will. It can be changed through a codicil, or you can write a whole new will. A will can be changed. If you’re changing it, you signing a new will. If you’re simply revoking it and not doing a new one, then you’re tearing up the original will and all copies to show that that is not your intention anymore.
