When is a guardianship necessary?

For an adult, a guardianship is needed when they can no longer manage their affairs and they do not have effective documents in place to allow or appoint somebody through those documents to serve in the capacity of making financial decisions or health care decisions for that person. You resort to the courts to appoint somebody to be that guardian for you to make those decisions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
