Do I need a will if I own almost nothing?

I suggest everybody have a will. Today you may own nothing, tomorrow however you may, unbeknownst to you, inherit assets from somebody, a family member that you didn’t know about or you may be the recipient of assets because somebody else died and now you get the assets. Everybody should have a will to designate where their assets go up their passing. We don’t know when that date for passing will be but if you have a will in place, then you’re going to designate where those assets will go when you die.
